In Home Newborn Sessions
Newborn sessions generally take place a week or two after baby comes home from the hospital. These sessions are around an hour or so, depending on how many breaks baby needs for diapers and feeding. I will take pictures of the whole family, baby with siblings, baby with parents, baby with mom, baby with dad and baby alone. I usually take a few pictures of baby's nursery and try to take a solo picture of older siblings. I will pose your family for pictures but I will also take pictures of your family naturally interacting with each other and caring for your newborn. I don't bring props, but I love to incorporate items that are special to your family.
Outdoor Family Sessions in Metro Detroit
Let's take advantage of Southeast Michigan's beautiful parks or Downtown Birmingham and capture your family's portraits outdoors! For the prettiest light, outdoor sessions typically take place early morning or an hour or two before sunset.
