FAQ
What will you need from the team?
My goal for your team picture experience is to make it as easy as possible. The only thing I will need prior to picture day is your team roster with player names & corresponding parent email addresses. I don't do pre-orders or pre-payments so there are no forms to remember or collect. Parents order directly from their personal gallery store (after getting view their player's fully edited image gallery).
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Birmingham, MI and will travel approximately 50 miles to photograph Metro Detroit teams.
When will we get our photos?
Approximately a week after your team's picture day, I will email parents directly with a link to view their player's image & ordering gallery. Ordering is open for one week. A few days after ordering concludes, photos/photo products will be delivered to your team manager/contact person.
How many pictures will we receive?
I aim to provide each player with 4-5 individual pictures (available in both color and B&W) in their gallery. Each player gallery will also include a team picture in both color and black and white.
How much ice time will you need?
Only 5 minutes, promise. I know your team's ice time is valuable (and expensive!) so I take as little as possible. After individual pictures are finished, I will need the first 5 minutes of your ice time for your team picture. If available in your arena, I like to use a bench for the players in the front row to sit on.
When & where will you take our pictures?
Team pictures typically take place 45 minutes to an hour before a scheduled team practice at your home rink in a spare locker room. I will work with your practice schedule to set up your team's picture day. I do not recommend doing pictures on a game day.
Will you photograph sports other than hockey?

Is there a session fee for picture day?
No. There is no cost to your team for your photo session.
Some teams do choose to cover a picture package for each player on the team but that is not expected or required. If a team chooses to cover some of the picture cost, I will invoice the team and provide a coupon code for each player to use at checkout.
